- High school graduate with at least 6 months call center or tech support experience
- Basic computer aptitude in Windows and/or OS (Mac)
- Logical problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task with efficient typing skills
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
