The Senior Accounting Analyst will hold a pivotal role within the accounting department, directly reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this position, you will actively engage in various accounting functions, including managing month-end closing procedures, analyzing financial statements, and acting as a liaison between the finance team and FP&A partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of 2-3 accounting analysts, where you will establish clear performance expectations and drive timely task completion. Your leadership will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data capture and processing.

• CPA designation (preferable)
• 4-5 years of accounting experience or a similar role
• Fluent in both spoken and written French and English
• Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Great Plains or other ERP systems (an asset)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent team player with exceptional multitasking abilities
