Our client, a global leader in fire protection solutions, is currently seeking a bilingual outside sales representative. Located in St.-Laurent, they are looking for a representative who will focus on developing multi-market business in the Greater Montreal area, with a market emphasis on fire protection systems.
Key responsibilities include promoting and selling products, researching market and competitive data, setting sales objectives, and maintaining client relationships. The ideal candidate should identify and pursue construction projects with sales potential, collaborate with corporate sales efforts, and develop territory distributors. Compliance with pricing guidelines, continuous improvement, and effective communication with internal teams are essential. The role demands a strategic approach to sales, market awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry
- A university degree in engineering, business or liberal arts
- Fluently bilingual
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse customer base
- Willingness to travel
- Salary: $70-90k base plus commission and bonus
