Our client, a leading manufacturer of samples and sales tools is looking for a Sales Quarterback.

As a leader in the sales organization, reporting to the Vice President, the Sales Manager is accountable for developing and implementing action plans to grow market share, increase revenue, and build trusting relationships with our customers. They are accountable to lead the sales team and by doing so provide focus to their team, inspect outcomes, and provide support to achieve desired goals.


Plan, develop, and execute the annual business plan and sales growth strategies and tactics

Travel to see clients in the United States on a regular basis

Determine the sales and profitability objectives and establish strategies to attain them for the region

Coaches the team of sales reps on how to handle end-to-end client relationships including pitching, and negotiation.

Tracks/monitors the work of team members ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their work

Provides timely feedback to their team, both positive and constructive to improve performance

Identifies unmet training needs with their team, then develops and delivers the appropriate training sessions in order to maximize learning and development and to build confidence

Helps team follow-up with clients on a regular basis in order to maximize client renewals

Maintain area reports which includes revenue numbers, payment collections, and evaluation of team performance

Support a culture of consistent sales process improvement

Manage your own customer base and house accounts



Demonstrated track record of building, managing and growing sales in a relevant sales environment a must

University/ College Degree or equivalent blend of formal education and experience

6+ years of B2B sales management experience

Certification or prior training in a consultative selling approach considered an asset

Highly motivated self-starter and a proven track record of success

Experience working within the US market

Strong leadership abilities

Experience within graphic arts or printing is an asset
